And let's have a discussion about the news, right? Because you've put a lot out in the news this week. If you haven't been watching, you should, but there's a lot going on. So we have given people like the Federal Reserve, the United Nations, and a lot of other groups every opportunity to join with us in the restoration plan, right? Just join with us in restoring this planet that we all live on.

So this week we were supposed to have continuous meetings with the Fed. We've been talking about it every week now for about a month or so, right? And they have yet to really truly come to the party. They're going to come and then someone talks and says no no no no and then they don't come and then half of them are divided and everybody's fighting amongst each other and so they threw their lawyers at us this week, right? And the lawyer said no I can't speak until my client is ready and all of this kind of crazy stuff.

Right. So they finally came back with an answer. I think it was Tuesday or Wednesday. Right. And they were very angry because their leprechaun didn't come riding on the unicorn with their pot of gold to save the Fed, right?

With the Fed, I said, is that your final answer? And they said, yes, it is. And I said, okay, no problem. We're prepared to go it alone. I've been repeating this and repeating this.

But today, I'm going to go through a little bit of background that most of you already know, but we have a lot of government people joining us today a lot of senators aides and a lot of Congress people, not only from the United States but from all over the world that are watching us right now, because they want to know what happened. Because we did some momentous things this week and they have no idea how I have the authority to do it, number 1. And what do you mean these people aren't in charge? So I think it's important that we kind of outline that and reiterate it for all the new people watching us, plus all of the people that are now watching us that weren't before, right? They're paying attention.

Well, the reason why people are starting to pay attention to us is because We acknowledged through the Hall of Records and the National Archives this week that the Federal Reserves, not only their original agreements with the United States government and every other government as a comptroller or a pass through for allocations of for allocations of currencies no longer exists and that it expires. Everyone has received notice from the United Nations all the way to the World Health Organization to the governments to agencies to militaries to, and this is around the world. This is not just in the United States okay so everybody got a copy. The other 1 that we also sent to everyone is we also acknowledged and we gave them a copy of the original agreement with the trust I guess you would call it or unknown country that allowed them to exist in the first place, right? And it says right in that agreement, if you're watching this and you have a copy, you'll see that it says that they are a pass-through, right?

They're supposed to monitor the cattle, which is us. It doesn't say cattle, but basically it says the, you know, we're known as the slaves, right? Okay, so then what we did is we actually revoked the Federal Reserve's banking charter. So they're not even a banking institution, not only in the United States, but everywhere in the world, and they're no longer authorized to hold currency on behalf of others, including other governments or other banks, right? So that happened.

Now this was in response to something that happened just days prior in which they convinced all of the banks, because they can't steal anymore, So they convinced all of the banks to assign somewhere just less than $500 billion over to them. And then they were placating against those COVID bonds and all the things we've been talking about, right. However, all that money disappeared because it was an illegal transaction, right? They're not allowed to hold U.S. Dollars anymore, and they're not allowed to hold R&B, and they're not allowed to hold rubles or bohemian dollars or any other currency anywhere in the world.

So that's done. So this hit the streets and all of Congress and the Senate and Bank of England and the treasury in England and all of these other places in South Africa. It's everywhere. So everybody's questioning now how, cause I'm now the comptroller of currency. And the replacement for the Federal Reserve is the global repository.

So now when you go onto a Fed wire screen, if you work for a bank, you will see Kim's global repository wire system, and IBAN system, and SWIFT system, and a bunch in ACH system. So everyone that works in the banks now knows that this is the case. Now, we're working on something, and I'll explain to you what that is in a minute here, but we are now the replacement for the Fed. If you remember back in the days of the Continental Congress in the United States, we had treasuries, but those were still their people anyway. It was what became of JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, right, Wachovia, all these were the treasuries of the United States under the Continental Congress that everybody talks about and loved so dearly, but it was still JP Morgan there, right?

It was still, it was the same people it always has been, except this time here, now it's us, right? So we talked about, and we've been talking about for weeks and weeks and weeks, that we're going to go forward and we can go it alone, right? Well, this shocked most of the world. And we got calls from China, we got calls from all kinds of countries wondering what this really means. It means, number 1, if you are watching this from a country that you now have the right to issue your own allocations directly with us to your country of currency.

You do not need to go to the Fed. The Fed is not going to give you a leverage anymore because they are not even a lending institution, even amongst governments. Okay. This means that we can return to the gold standard and basically already tentatively have. Okay.

Okay, so they that also means that you have, we have currently an interdependent world, right? So we do not expect you to sell your country to make it function. Eventually, that includes, by the way, the United States and the United States dollar. So it's important to understand that we're not against the United States in any way and we're not against the U.S. Dollar in any way.

But the gold standard is a complete and total equalizer of every nation on earth because we all have gold, okay? The cabal wants to firstly control the gold, or then they're gonna try to do it with oil or some other substance, right? Before they allow the gold standard to come to fruition. And that includes the order of the Black Sun and the Rothschild dragon families, right? They both want to have full control.

Now, they never had full control. And I do have to explain this. And for those of you that already know this information, I'm going to go over it very briefly, but there's a lot of people listening to this call that don't understand the control system of planet earth. They think the Bilderbergers are it, the Rothschilds are it, or were it this whole time, and that is completely and totally false. They also look at the President of the United States or the President of X country, or I guess the United States would have more because of the dollar right now.

But that's never really been the case. So we're going to just touch on this real quick. Okay? So you have governments, right? I'm going to try to write this.

Right? This includes the United States government, right? And militaries and whatnot, right? We are going to go over military structure too just briefly because what's coming this week is going to directly affect this. Okay?

All right. So we have governments. We would probably say we have the United Nations, you know, and all their ancillary organizations like the IMF, the World Anti-Health Organization, the Take a Peacekeeping forces, right? And then we would probably have from here, we would probably go to families, both the Dragon families, the Committee of 300. You would have in here the order of the black sun, right?

Okay, so that that is where these people would be. Now, please don't mistake what you're reading on the internet for what I'm about to say, because this is going to be scary to some of you, but it will make more sense if you're watching and you're part of the order, right? So the term Ascended Masters has been twisted and turned just like everything else, okay? So some people, and I'm saying this for a reason, maybe in the late 90s had meetings with the ascended masters, people you would know, faces you would recognize, but that's not what you think it is. So the term ascended masters on the internet has come to represent positive people, right?

People that have become enlightened and learned to work with Source and all of that, but in the orders of things, right? In the order, it does not mean that, okay? I'm going to be very, very clear because they take what's bad and make it good and take what's good and make it bad, right? And they create programs like this. So, all right, so above the families you would have what's called covens.

Okay, and these are your Black Magic people. Then above covens, the ones that run the covens are also called Coven Masters, also referred to as Ascended Masters. Okay? So amongst the order, they would refer to these people as the Ascended Masters. Okay?

Maybe we should call them the descended masters, but that's very, very true. Okay, so when they refer to them, that they had a meeting, they're part of the order, and that they met with the ascended masters, and they said this is the prophecy or whatever it is, right? This is what they're referring to right here, these coven masters, okay? But they also were not the boss and I've run out of room, so I'm gonna go back up, okay? Okay, so Ascended Masters.

Or Coven Leaders, right? You had 42 Coven leaders, 21. Okay, so now we're going to go up the ranks a little bit, right? Okay, so Coven leaders. Okay, they also had to report to a group that I refer to, and most people do, as the parents.

They literally look at all of you in the order as children that need to be raised. So they appointed you all parents. If you're a member of the Order of the Black Sun, you would be familiar with the term, the Dark Prince. The Dark Prince was your parent. That was his job.

His job was to run the coven leaders, the ascended masters down on through the ranks and intelligence agencies and militaries and down down down the orders went level 5 generals they call them, you know, or the 5 star trust because they were 5 stars or Jesuits or Dick Wisses or Richard Weiss or a Sinaitis Consultant people or anybody on that website, you would all be going way up here, right? So now you'd have to travel all the way to the parents and is that where your orders came from? The answer to the question is no, OK? The parents were the children of 3 other people. You had a gentleman named Marduk, you had Enki, and you had Enlil.

Under global martial law, which is what we had lived under for thousands and thousands of years. This was your head general. Okay. Now they also had a boss, and that was their father, and sometimes grandfather named Anu. Okay.

So, this guy died in 2 years ago, June, July of 2019. He's dead. Okay. These guys are also dead. This was in 2016, 2018.

Okay. Now, I sit here. Me right? Kim. Okay.

I also have people that I talk to. I don't say, wouldn't say I report to them and they don't report to me, but we have a working relationship. Some of them are here, some of them are elsewhere. Okay. But the most important thing is, is that we all, at least if you're listening to this call and you're on this call, we are not worshiping death here, like the order of the black sun.

We are worshiping life, right? And the natural order of things that God sourced the Creator created for us in the very beginning before these people screwed it all up. Okay, including the people that used to sit in my chair. So the dictator up here I knew. I talked to him probably for 2 or 3 years before I figured out exactly how evil he was, right?

And now he's no longer with us, as he should be, okay? All right, so most of these parents, I would say all of the parents are not interfering here anymore, and most of them are gone, okay? The parents have special life extension technologies way beyond med beds and they lived a very very long time as humans. So your coven leaders or your ascended masters are here and then it goes all the way down the food chain until you come to governments, like we just said, right? So if we were to continue on the downward spile here, we talked about ascended masters, covens, families, builder burgers, and 3 committee of 300s, and then all the way down to the UN, which was also controlled by these people.

This is what you used to call the UN Steering Committee. And then it goes all the way down to governments, right? And then eventually you get to us, regular people, okay? Right at the bottom, okay. Now let's talk about agencies, okay?

Because agencies and militaries are separate. They were always reported to the Order of the Black Sun directly, right? Okay. Directly, right? Okay.

Now they were also quote-unquote, creating Freemasons, right? They created the Order of the Freemasons, they created the Order of Assassins, now known as the Islamic Caliphate, and a number of other things along the way. This has nothing to do with Islamic people around the world. This is just the strange sector. Opus Dei, if you're Catholic, it would be Opus Dei.

They've always run the Vatican. These are tools and widgets, right? But again, these people only did what they were told from the covens, and then eventually the coven leaders, and then eventually the parents, and then eventually these people up here. Okay. So the people that were here before would always keep everyone compartmentalized.

Okay, so you thought that you guys were enemies, and someone was eventually going to take over someone else. And that's what you were preparing for this whole time but that's a complete falsity. That's a complete and total lie. Project Looking Glass, okay, which is the Bible to some of these people, right, and these people are still promoting it even though it's a full-on lie, stopped working in like, I don't know, 98. So everything that you were fed since then is all a lie.

And it's all in accordance with whatever these people got from these people who got from these people, which ultimately ended in these people's demise. And along with the dragon families. I am not part of either 1 of these. I sit here. So once I figured this out, right, that okay, these people call you people down here in the order, greedy little piglets, right?

And they couldn't stand you and they wanted to take you out too. So once everybody else went out here, I was like, okay, well, these people don't really need to deal with the Satan worshipers of the planet, right? Or the Lucifer worshipers, I should say, or also known in the multiverse as the Dark Overlord, don't really want to deal with these people. So me, I started coming out and I started talking to all of you, right? And then I said, well, we've got some control mechanisms that are below all of this.

So let's talk to the Fed. Let's talk to the United Nations. You know, I mean, I was, I beat my head up against the wall for about 4 years, 5 years, trying to fix these people. I talked to the agencies, I talked to, you know, militaries, I talked to generals, I talked to all these people, and still, okay, so I started this train talking to all these people literally in 2016. Okay, it is now 2021, and you still haven't made a damn decision.

At least the Fed made a decision. They chose poorly, but they made a decision, right? So where does that leave us now? Okay. So, it's important to understand because this is where we're going, okay?

There are truly a lot of stumped government people right now. So now, if you're watching this and you're with the government, now you understand why I don't care what any of those people had to say anymore. I just don't because it was my job. I took over the chair, right, in 2012, September 28th, my 40th birthday. So just so you know, no 1 recognizes you as a human until your 40th birthday as a thinking human.

So that is why my job didn't start till I was 40. Okay, really, I'm only 25. So I'm just kidding. So if you're watching this, and I'm saying this for a reason, and you are wondering why 2 or 3 years ago, someone said to you, Oh, you got to join these rituals, you got to join these parties, you got to do the things, right, come to this strange and unusual castle somewhere and, and join us in drinking blood and whatever else, it's because you turned 40. That's the only reason why a lot of that stuff was hidden from you, because it is the secret knowledge of the universe.

And you can't share it until you're able, you're old enough to do it, right? Because this came up, someone asked this question, right? Okay, so let's talk about where we're going. So this week we decided, well, I'm sorry, we didn't decide. The Federal Reserve decided to opt out of the restoration plan and moving forward, right?

So what did we do? So we don't want the world to crash, right? So we're gonna make an effort. So we made deposits of 3 times without the Fed's authorization because clearly they're down here and we're up here. Okay, so we don't need the Fed's authorization to do anything at all ever.

We never did. They needed our authorization to issue an allocation of currency. So, please understand that. So, if you are at a central bank, right now you have what's called a cloud account or a locked account, 3 times your current GDP in your current currency, okay, plus enough gold to back it. Okay.

And this is every single country on earth. So you have enough gold to back what you currently have in circulation. And under the original agreements that we had prior to the Federal Reserve coming to existence, obviously I wasn't in this chair at this time, right? But someone else was, it's a 50 to 1 ratio. Okay.

So that's what we have. Now you have this sitting there, you can see it, you can look at it, it requires an access code to touch it, leverage it, release it, right? There's a reason for that. Quite honestly, I don't trust you. I think you're going to kill us all with this money.

That's how I feel about you right now, governments, because that's all you've ever shown me. Y'all know COVID is fake, and you're going along with the program. Why? Because somebody somewhere, right, promised you bazillions of dollars and harems and everything else for you to continue COVID and sell vaccines. And I mean, every government official that gets on TV is like a vaccine commercial these days, or wear mask, or let me just take all the oxygen from you.

And by the way, you know, if you really work out with the mask on now, you're down to 18% oxygen, right? Which isn't healthy for anyone, right? Why work out, You'd be better off sitting at home eating bonbons. So, okay. So if you are a central bank anywhere in the world, you now have this.

What does this mean to you? This means you are completely de-pegged and independent of the Federal Reserve at this moment in time. Okay, that's what that means. Now, you've got till Thursday, 1 week from the day we did it, to come to the party and let's have a chat. Let's not chat about the 3000 page $6 trillion infrastructure bill because it's ridiculous and it doesn't even have a spreadsheet and it's supposed to be a budget.

If I took that to a bank and said, Okay, I'd like to build this. And here's my papers. Do you think I'd get a loan? No, I wouldn't. Why?

Because it doesn't make any sense. It does not cost a trillion dollars for a hammer. It just doesn't, okay? And there shouldn't be a line item somewhere in the middle there that says, oh, and by the way, we're going to close the bank when you're done. And we have no intention of paying you back either.

So Thursday, if you're watching this and you are from a government, Thursday, if you do not come forward and you do not give us a budget that makes sense. And from this, I don't know, universe right with math that makes sense, not common core math, not the other math that you're trying to feed our kids, then we're going to move on without you. Now, we don't care what you do because we are now in control of the currency of our countries, plural, worldwide. We don't need the Fed, okay? Now, that's where we're at.

The other thing we also did this week without the authorization of the Fed, because the Fed doesn't authorize me to do anything. That's like saying your two-year-old came to you and authorized you to go to work today. That's ridiculous. Okay. And I'm sorry I'm yelling.

I'm a little bit passionate about this. I've been living this all week long. It's crazy. Okay. So we talked about that.

We also implemented enough funds at every bank in the world to take care of the derivative crisis and to return back to an asset-based trading system. The banks are in serious trouble right now. They've admitted to us they're in serious trouble right now and without money in the unicorn coming on Monday, they're in really big trouble. Now the Federal Reserve has promised them that they are going to have access to that money on Monday. Well, no 1 called me.

No 1 talked to me. It's my face. It's my passport on there that you see at every single bank in the world, right? Comptroller of currency and I want to return to an asset-based trading system.

Okay, you also have until Thursday to make a decision. On Monday you will find that the Federal Reserve told a lie because they promised to give you their neighbor's car that they don't have. They don't have access codes to it, they don't have anything else. Now, let's talk about other people in the party, right? So now your treasuries become the treasury, not only in the United States but in every country in the world, okay?

You're responsible for that money, You're responsible for the allocations of currency and you're responsible for the supply and demand of currency and the production lines attached there too. And we can get money out of the treasury to the legitimate government of a country. We've done it before. Okay, so next. All right, let's talk about the United Nations.

Okay, The United Nations has had our credentials printed now for a month or so, and I don't have any credentials. Now, are these people cool to work with? Well, you know, they'd be helpful, right? We got some street cred, as I call it, street credentials that mean something to other heads of state. But if the other heads of state don't mean anything, then we don't care either.

Right? It really doesn't mean anything because if I come to your house with United Nations credentials, or I just come with like flowers and maybe some baked goods or something, probably the same thing for you, right? So what does the United Nations actually do? Okay, under the original charter of the United Nations, it was supposed to be a meeting place for governments and different government departments to meet and to get loans if they needed loans or they needed assistance with their currencies but it's morphed into a whole nother animal unto itself, right? We've been talking about for years, the fact that the United Nations sovereignty has expired.

Right. Okay, so if you haven't been following this, that's true. Lady muted. Just kidding. So, alright, so we've been talking about for years, right, that the United Nations sovereignty has been withdrawn.

But did anybody else know it? Absolutely not. Okay. So this week, we also informed every country, every military, every agency, every government around the world, every, you know, the entire United Nations down to the World Health Organization, that the United Nations does not have sovereignty. So what does that mean?

Okay. First thing that means is that under the peacekeeping forces as they call them, I call them the take a piece peacekeeping forces. No longer have the right to be anywhere. They cannot have a standing enemy, sorry, a standing army anywhere. Okay.

They cannot visit foreign territory as an army. They cannot form military cooperation with your military in your country anywhere. OK? So this would be considered a rebel force right now or a terrorist organization, which is what I've been saying it is anyway for years. Okay, all right, so That's the UN peacekeeping forces.

Now, the official notification went out that the World Bank's charter has also been revoked. They are no longer a banking institution. We did it secretly, I guess you would say, or quietly, but now that's also registered in the Hall of Records, which we also control, and has now gone out everywhere. So the World Bank is not a bank. We have notified every nation with a cover letter, right, that we hold all the debt of the IMF and all the debt of the World Bank and that we would be happy to discuss and negotiate a reasonable settlement there too, including writing off all the debt.

Okay, so everybody knows now. Now they've ignored us previously, right? And so there's like, ah, you know, so what? You know, we're not gonna let anybody know. Well everybody knows, but it's kind of like the elephant in the room.

So what does this mean to us? Okay, here's what it means to us. We have health and wellness, right? Which can replace the World Health Organization. Do we need the World health organization?

No, we don't. We can also revoke the charters of the CDC and the FDA. So we have health and wellness. Right now it's a pretty decent sized group of people. It's growing.

We have doctors that are naturopathic doctors. We have Lisa, who's unfortunately working a bazillion hours, and we're going to make her busier as the time goes on, right? So we don't need that. This week I've also have an agreement with our current enforcement that actually have real military equipment that means something. We've used it, We've talked about it on this, but for those of you that don't know, we've stopped situations in Pakistan.

We've stopped situations in the South China Sea. We've stopped other situations from taking place. You know, there is really serious problems in Cheyenne Mountain, NORAD, all these other things that used to exist that caused us harm, weather weapons, right? They have agreed to be our new military force, interim-wise, okay? Yep.

So that being said, and they don't need money and they don't like money, they don't even care about money, it's just kind of not important to them. So that being said, we've also had the Pentagon promise to come for a meeting last weekend. And then the generals are going to call me in 1 day and 2 days and 3 days and these are the 5 star generals and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And what about Trump and Black Sun and what happens? Well, you know, okay.

So come Thursday, enforcement will take over. We will automatically, now here's what you don't know. So down here in the order of the Black Sun, everybody signed something called the Treaty of Versailles. We're all familiar with it, right? And this was right about the time that, you know, I mean, we always had militaries and whatnot, but not to that degree.

And then it kind of grew and grew and then we got the CIA and agencies and the GRU or the KGB in the past and all these things right but every single time someone under the Treaty of Versailles needed funding it always came through a system called the AVILP4 system. So each nation would declare martial law on January 1st, every year for 20 minutes while they got their funding. Why do that? Okay, because at the time the global general, right, or the ground commander was my predecessor. Now, if you go back to our videos from March, you'll notice I confirmed the martial law that all of the generals requested in 2020, but I didn't declare it till 2021, right?

I ratified it because I am ground command and I sit in that seat, okay? I still have control of the Treaty of Versailles, which technically means all of the militaries don't work for the Order of the Black Sun. They're down here. But if an order comes from the tippy top, you're supposed to take it. You're not.

Fine. You're blowing up the Middle East right now because some guy in Florida tells you to do it. That's not correct. That's not the way we're going here. Okay, we're going for the restoration plan.

We have a lot of work to do. The Army Corps of Engineers would be quite helpful in this case. However, we have a Corps of Engineers of others that are also willing to help us, right? And we have equipment and everything that is far better than yours will ever be. And we can provide our own security far better than you ever can.

And we don't need you. It would be nice to work together with you. It would be nice if all of us could just make lots of money and be happy together. However, you can't even make a phone call. You call me on the diplomatic line, which is fine.

Okay, last week, I'm the 1 that answered the phone, the blonde lady answered the phone when you asked for a meeting last weekend, again, and didn't show up again. And why? Because your level fives or some guy from the Black Sun or some whatever said it's not in the looking-glass thing until some weirdo date that probably already has passed anyway, right? It's ridiculous, right? So Millie is on the Senatus Consultum, weirdo website, people, you know, they're all on there, right?

Blacks sunning away, worshiping death, right? We all have to die, okay? So if you'd like a real war with real equipment, with things that you're not prepared for, we're ready for you. Come Thursday. So show up, make the phone call, call us, or don't.

We don't care. The GRU in Russia is no better than the Americans. They want us to join some Danish controlled MENA coin. They're asking us for the gold to back it. I'm like, why?

You know, we just sent all this money, your central bank, it's sitting there. Why, why, why does anybody want their currency somewhere else? And why does somebody else want to have to control you? Do you want a controller? I don't think we do.

We don't over here. All right. So there you go. All right. So we've discussed militaries.

We've discussed governments. We've discussed the United Nations. We've discussed the World Health Organization. We have discussed the political sector. We offered to the United Nations to tear the building down because it's an eyesore, it's terrible if you've ever seen it, the 1 in New York is awful, it's ugly, and build a real United People's Center, which we own the building by the way, you can look for the deed, it's underneath our name.

We were also the final signature for the United Nations sovereignty in the first place, my predecessor was, and we were also the final signature that had to take place on every nation's sub sovereignty. So every country has been a sub sovereign. So that being said, Without our signature, you can't form a new country, you can't delete a country, you can't remove this, you can't do the division of Pakistan like you want, or the separation of North and South Nigeria like you want, or East and West, or reunite North and South Korea, or whatever it is you're trying to do right now, like the Gaza Strip and Palestine and Israel that we all know about, right, is never going to happen because the United Nations does not have the power, nor does your fake little family steering committee down here have any power to sign it either. Okay, though, currency still do work on supply and demand. Will the currencies end up revaluating most likely, but we also have to take a look at how to do that based on the current circumstances of the country, right?

And we don't want to have a situation where no 1 can afford food or shelter or basic needs and those types of things, right? And then we also have to be able to distribute Heidelberg presses or some version of printing, right, where we shouldn't be going to other countries, right, for printing of currency or De La Rue, God forbid. I mean, we can make those, right? We can get those. We can get this done.

It's not hard, right? I know it's scary, confusing for people, some, especially the government people watching this, but honestly, I mean, it's possible, we can do this. We have to put our differences and our personal feelings aside, and we have to get it done. Eventually we will have state banks again, right, which will be transparent and anybody can log in and see what they look like, right, but those are server racks. They cost a few hundred thousand dollars a piece And, you know, it's going to take time to build those.

So we'll get there. Just, you know, give us time. And we have a lot of great IT people on the call that can employ a lot of good people with just a little bit of cash. Right. And then we can get those up and running.

You can expect that to probably be about 6 months from day 1. But these organizations that we're waiting for, we're really not waiting for. So we're not waiting for the government to achieve anything anymore, really not. By the way, the executive branch of every single country was assigned via bond, every treaty, okay, that you sign, and now or in the past is an instrument. Every instrument gets registered with a number at the Association of Numerical Numbering Agency in Belgium.

Then it goes from there to the person in my chair. And then they decide if the money comes out to fund said treaty or fund said agreement, including the European Steel and Coal Community Agreement, right, organization agreement, which is a very old 1, which is where all of you assigned your executive branch over to me. So you know, right, this is long before I took this position, but it was my predecessors, and it's still here. Right. So all of you people that think that Rothschild runs your government, right, like China, right, The Dragon families, which are Rothschild, over there in China, run the government of China.

But that's not true because my order, my direction going down to you, should actually be superseding what they say. But everybody ignores it anyway. So to answer your question, all the notices that went out this week, if you were watching from a government regarding the United Nations and the Federal Reserve were from me. And I have the legal right to do so. And that is why.

So, banks up to families, families would then assign them up to Covens and then eventually to the parents, and then eventually they land on this desk because the system always worked as an access key, right? An access key, which came from down here, 1 from the Black Sun side, such as the Pentagon, right? Or Gatekeeper over in Tel Aviv that doesn't exist anymore. Okay. But anyway, so these dragon families, we're down, we're way down here at the bottom and then way up here, you find me. So why would you wanna deal with these people that want you to sell your soul, kill your citizens and do all of these other things when you can just deal directly with me.

We are now the replacement, I guess you would say, for the Federal Reserve on an interim basis until we can become more interdependent, right? We have to make sure that currency can also be used as a weapon. It was in the days of the fall of the USSR, right? It was also used in Brazil as a weapon with a revaluation there. It's currently being used as a weapon in Venezuela and a number of other countries, right?

So we have to make sure that, you know, you're not gonna like kill us all. So the key integrated monetary system allows, it's a very solid, easy to use analytics program, which is available to governments worldwide, right? It kind of will give you little warnings if your currency is going to parity, it will tell you you're over printing, it will give you, it's sort of almost self-governing, right? So you really don't need a lot of help from us anymore. But initially, I want to make sure that you're not going to harm the people that live in your country because right now, we don't trust you.

I'm sorry, but we don't. I mean, do you think I should trust you? And then, oh yeah, let's not, you know, the countless meetings on the diplomatic line with Trump and everybody else that you set up and no 1 ever shows up. Nor did you pay our 2 percent administrative fee, which we paid ourselves. You gave it to the Black Sun.

The GIA, okay, GIA is Global intelligence agency. Okay. Now, global intelligence agency was globally people from the Order of the Black Sun. This is where you would have found your five-star generals and all of these things in the past, okay? When we took it over, which because we always have had it, we wiped out everyone that was in there, and now there are only a few people in there.

So at a point in the near future, you need to understand that every country, every state will have its own key intelligence and military system. Right. So that being said, we'll just connect the new global intelligence agency directly to the key intelligence and military systems, we can issue clearances, we can do all kinds of things, right? We don't need agencies help right now. Referring to the United States under the second or third constitution, right?

You would actually have a little Santa Claus in there that says that the Global Intelligence Agency can fund agencies and other intelligence agencies can fund other intelligence agencies without an act of Congress. And this clause exists in most countries' constitutions or bylaws. So the CIA had been funding other countries' militaries forever and ever and ever. There's an article on RT.com, if you don't know what that is. It's a Russian newspaper where the Yeltsin people are now coming out saying that he had hundreds of CIA agents telling him what to do during the fall of the USSR and this is why.

The guy's name is General Khadiki over in Libya, yeah, And I think he's been hiding out in Dubai, but he's the 1 that actually killed Gaddafi on behalf of Hillary Clinton, in all honesty. And the reason why is because they promised him he was going to be the next Gaddafi and next president and they couldn't pull it off or didn't care. But he was a useful tool. A lot of the congressional aides and congresspeople were questioning this week what is the hall of records and Schiff and Pelosi said don't worry about that we'll take care of that. There are those that talk, right?

Oh, we didn't also cover NATO. So NATO would have been under the GIA as well, and the GIA would have given orders to NATO. So does NATO need to need to exist as well.
