If you are violating human rights, and this is something we are going to put together, and this is going to be your responsibility to come to the table, and we're going to formulate a charter together. We will have an initial outline, departments, divisions, but the rules on how we're all going to communicate with each other will be set forth by all of us that are listening. The code of ethics will be developed by all of us. You've got a lot of work ahead of you, so do we, and we're constantly working, So we're asking you to remember that as we go forward. We will be sending out an outline soon as a basis of what to look at and what you're going to add to.

But we are here to help you come to the table so we don't have a power vacuum, which is what's going on right now. If we find though, until we are completely structured, that you're not giving your assembly members a voice, as an example, or we're trying to recreate some version of a Commonwealth or superpower countries versus non superpower countries. These things don't work in a meeting for the United States. We are going to form our charters or whatever we wanna call it, how we're gonna operate, the rules of the road, not just for assemblies, but for all of the United States. We're gonna be putting enforcement in place.

We're gonna be doing all these things. We have to get it together. I know that there are some states that are be present. Some states won't. If you have a scheduling conflict, please nominate someone from your assembly to come.

If you all have a scheduling conflict, please submit a statement so that we can read that out loud. But we look forward to seeing you at the first US national meeting. Now, as the ratifications come through, either myself or someone will give you a call directly, say congratulations, just a meet and greet. So we get to see everybody and who everybody is, and then it'll be 1530 minutes tops. And that's it.

And so then your ratification papers will be sent. And God bless you and your country. So that means everyone, every scientist that participates is no different than any other and it just doesn't matter where you are in the world.

We want to hear about initiatives in your area for health and wellness, as well as many other, all the other divisions as well. So I do have some other conversations that took over regarding that when I get to Intel.

But yeah, I just wanted to touch base on that. That's about all I have regarding assemblies. So as far as United Network News, meaning the app that you have and all of that, I'd like to explain something to all of you. So everything that we put out is free for a period of time, including news. When you register for the app, that doesn't necessarily mean, especially if you can't afford it, that you have to pay.

You just have to be timely when you watch the videos. That's all. So once they pass, like I think Lifeforce, we leave open until Wednesday. So it'll probably go up. I will today's Wednesday, probably for 3 days.

You can, yeah. But if you're registered, you don't have to put in a credit card or you don't have to pay a subscription if you are on time. Obviously we appreciate all those that do and your support and we have United Network Plus also that is an added benefit. But I just wanted to point that out because a lot of people have questions on how that works. It's usually up there and available to everyone, even just registered users for a couple of days.

I understand there's an issue with bandwidth, we have a translation team that does their best to get transcripts out as quickly as they can. If you don't have bandwidth in your country to watch the videos. So that is, and hopefully we do have a solution for telecommunications in the works, which should help with that in the future. So we've already been talking to those people. I think it's important to share information with the world on what it is you're doing, or if you need assistance with something, or just to tell people in your area, what's really going on. So it would be very, very helpful if you could start getting those out as soon as possible. Even national press releases would be great. It's really been going on for a couple of weeks, but On, I would say around the sixth, the clearing kind of started.

So the etherical clearing of planet Earth started. So I liken this to all of you were sedated for many, many years. So when, how do I explain this? Okay, so on an energetic level, you know, you have those great days where your vibe gets really high, right? And you're just feeling good, you're doing good.

And then all of a sudden it seems like something knocks you back down, right? So you've got 2 levels of energy here and you've got dark matter or dark ether, right? Or lack thereof, and you have the God particle, right? Right, it's like this. Okay, so you're in between.

So if you start getting too high, this 1 wants to knock you down. And if you start getting too low, this 1 wants to bring you up. And so you're kind of sitting here in the middle. Typically, I would say it's like being looking at an open field, thinking the world is your oyster, and what is really there is a maze, and you're just going through it. So let's call it being sedated is the best way I can explain it.

So like when they give people medication when they're bipolar, it keeps you just kind of like doing this. You know, you might have a little bit ups and a little bit of downs, but it just keeps you kind of here, keeps you from going like this. So this is how humanity lived for a very, very long period of time, right in the middle. So that was starting to lift on the sixth in preparation for the covenant that expired. So the energy was already responding and the clearing had already begun on 6, clearing out the etherical level in the dark matter.

So that's when it started. So you saw people all of a sudden come up from slumber, and some people started going really crazy. They started losing it. The other part of this is people are not only seeing the truth, they're also seeing their own truth. They don't like to see their own truth.

What's going on within you? What are you trying to hide underneath the rug? The truth about what's going on with yourself, that also is coming out. So just understand, That's why the world has been going crazy now for weeks. I mean, people in your families, people around you, people are, you know, absolutely just losing it and not making any sense.

So that's why that started. Okay, so we started running some frequencies to kind of mellow that out a little bit. So it was not a rude awakening, but an awakening nonetheless. We don't want everybody to go back to sleep, but maybe we can just let them wake up gradually. You know, just a little bit of help there.

Sixth, On the seventh, locally here in relation to the major contract. So the biblical story goes there was a covenant that source made with Lucifer right and all the angels fell and the story talks about how they fell to earth right well not necessarily. So God, source, the creator created all things, right? Period, end of story, everything, every spark of life comes from the same place. It is still in you right now because you're still breathing, you're still moving and you still have a soul.

So it's still in you right now. So if you imagine the multiverse, we've talked about this before, complete darkness and complete light and we're right smack dab in the middle. So the lower astral was created at that time and the balance between good and evil, right? Which was always, which is technically within all of us as well, right? Some people are way over here and there, I guess you would call it singly, you know, wouldn't hurt a fly, you know, try to live their life in service to everyone else.

And then you have people that are just outright evil. You'll never change those people. We've talked about those people. Everyone else is somewhere in between. And on any given day, it may be more over here or more over there, you know, but it's all what you do with it.

So the balance between good and evil on an etherical level is what basically ended on that day. So the Gales of Indiscretion Covenant is what they called it here. So because the dark side has no rules, it was easier for them to get, I would say, the ruling contract every year when it came due. So for renewable, did we learn yet? Are we light yet?

Are we moving forward yet? Nope. Okay. They're going to stay in power. So as a byproduct of that, when that covenant officially expired here, as a byproduct of the main covenant, which I guess you would call it the covenant of source or God, right?

To create the other side evil or allow evil to exist, then this was a byproduct here. So for far too long, the dark side has been in control. People have always quote unquote chosen. If the majority of our consciousness on an etherical level, to an extent, there's a lot of implied consent here. They tell you what they're gonna do to you 3 times and then they just do it to you.

The rules of the road here in the Gales of Indiscretion Covenant, we passed the test. So we got, we are finally not only here, okay, so this is just 1 aspect of it. Everybody else had to figure out how to create peace too, and stop fighting, and that's when it all started happening. So as a byproduct of that, all of their structures were no longer valid in the Hall of Records, which then trickled down to the Archives. So if they were on the dark side, battle lines were drawn, remember?

And you chose your side. So once that happened, it started wiping out and removing every structure they had put in place. We had a secret society that had sovereignty or dragon families or whatever structures they had put in, tribes they took over, what a mess. Right? It just all went clean.

And in the interim, I just put in, you know, state this and state that. And then I started saying, so that's why we started registering things in the hall of records. It didn't necessarily mean the money just spout. It was a part of it, but you can't have 2 things in the same place at the same time. See what I mean?

Their structure and our structure was trying to coexist in the same space. And so they weren't getting funding. We weren't getting funding and then nobody knew why. So that was 1 answer to the question. And I wish sometimes source would give me all the information ahead of time enough to act on whatever it is.

So that was on the 7th. Okay. So their entire structure basically started crumbling on that day. They are aware, they did get the notifications. They knew this was going to happen.

We all knew it was going to happen. They just didn't tell anyone like the militaries that worked for them, the agencies that work for them, the terrorist organizations that work for them. They didn't tell anybody, they didn't tell the heads of state, right? But this is in your national archives. If you are a head of state, military, or government, and you're asking the question, call the National Archives Office, they'll give you a clearance, they'll give you the information.

Okay, so now, let's see, on the 8th, I did that, okay, so not important, yeah, Okay. So in true fashion, because the, you know, the, the under, you know, men and women, I guess you would say, not the top of the black sun or the head of the dragon families, this would be the lower end. So they told them that the covenant didn't expire and they're in charge. So then they wasted days of the military's time true to fashion and started hacking at the back system, running every code, every UN code, every code to every government's account, you know, everything that was out there that they could get their hands on. They had the United nations can see to them and turn over all their codes, financial and otherwise, you know, the system doesn't exist.

I mean, this just went on all day long and I thought about it. And I'm like, well, do we actually want to just let this go on and figure out that it's not working on any account anywhere, just like all in 1 day? Or do we just have them off? And we decided to just let it run. They weren't hurting anything.

They weren't getting anywhere. I wasn't any fear of them having an access code to anything to start a war or anything else. So we just let it run until they exhausted themselves out of accounts. So the reason why they were told to do that, though, is because, again, they were lied to repeatedly. OSystem then started recalibrating based on all these covenants that expired, and we started to obtain more and more access to more and more things on the front end of the system.

But we weren't done yet, so there was still something else to come here shortly. Okay, also on the 10th, I know you're all familiar with maritime law, right, And Admiralty law and all of this, which gave someone custody of your soul or your vessel, right? So, right. So as part of the things that expired, okay, at that point, we had 1, our side had 1, I guess you would say the light side had 1, the custody of the souls, the caretakers of the souls, right? We need you to take care of your own.

Your problem is your problem. You know, make sure that you're protected as we grow and we learn, just like, you know, like your parents do to you, right? They want you to grow and learn on your own and make your own decisions and teach you to be an adult, right? Once you're an adult. So you're all adults.

So the release of the naval code was done and all of the notices were sent out that you are now the caretaker of your own vessel. So we don't have it, they don't have it. Now this was very important, okay, because think of all the bonds and the debt instruments that are generated off taking care of your person, okay. Everything from social security, the department of defense vouchers, treasury notes, you know, government programs, social humanitarian programs, COVID bonds, all designed to take care of you, right, because they were essentially owners of your person, okay? Birth certificate bonds and things that everybody talks about is all a part of this as well, but just a small part, okay?

Now, for every dollar that they generated, 10 cents of that went to caring for you and 90 cents went in their pocket. This also involves large oil contracts, ridiculously large ones, right, to take care of you. So it's a lot bigger than that public education. If you have free public education in your country, that is also part of it. And that's why all of a sudden, about 10, 15 years ago, maybe 20 years ago, now if you have kids that are in school or grandkids that are in school, you have to provide the school supplies now for the classroom.

Yesterday, and we were talking about none of us really cared what the government did. And I don't know if you did, but I didn't care. I didn't care who was president. I didn't care who sat in what chair. I didn't go vote.

I didn't wait in that long line to go for some guy that was lying to me on TV anyway. I didn't care until you started making me wear a mask, start locking down everything. Right. And you started trying to forcibly give me medical treatment that I don't want nor need. Right.

So anyway, the point is, is that now you and I have a problem, right? Governments and I have a problem. So, you know, everybody's so concerned the market's crashing, the EBS is coming out, or whatever's coming out, and this person's going to go in the office, that person's coming out of the office. Please focus on our needs. We have a lot of them, okay?

You govern yourself. You conduct yourself properly with each other in assembly meetings. Try to be nice to each other. We're all just kind of waking up here and we're all kind of getting these new shoes on that we've never had an opportunity to have. So just be patient with each other.

People are going to have a lot of questions. And, you know, it's not your way or the highway. It's not our way or the highway. You know, going to somebody to complain doesn't get the job done. Makes you feel better for about 5 minutes.

And then when you go look at that thread or that call or whatever, 3 days later, you're like, Oh, I shouldn't have done that. Right. Thinking to yourself, Oh, that was pretty bad. Cause you were having a bad day. Take a few minutes, take a few deep breaths before you respond.

Sometimes you might need 3 days, right. And then go back to it. You know, give yourself some time, you know, we're all patient with all of you. You'll be patient with us, please. You know, and be patient with each other.

We're, this is crazy energy right now and it's only, it only got worse here for a little while. Okay, now you've heard about the seals, they call them, some people call them the 7 seals, some people call them the, I think, Anunnaki seals or Enki seals, I mean there's different names in our fake history that talk about these different seals. And they have these symbols and whatnot on them. And each 1 of them means something and goes to a different place. Well, some of them you have to break the seal and then you have to get rid of the portal that it connects to in order not to allow something we don't want here anymore.

So 1 of them that was taken care of on the 10th was the 1 with, I think it's called the 17 cross. Like if you go to like Grand Central Station right you can with your grand central station you can get a train going that way that way that way that way if you're in Europe you know you're in 1 of the main state Bahnhofs in say Berlin or something you know the trains are going in all these different directions all from a central point. Well that's what our sun looks like as it relates to it being a stargate. So you have different portals within the corona of the sun and if you have the right key you can get in through any 1 of these portals. Now some people could have gone either direction.

So we got rid of some of those in a serpentine portal and rebalanced and whatnot and I'm sure there's probably more to come there. But we earned the right to get rid of that 1 I guess. Central Sun is like the Grand Central Sun and then you have stars and suns that are all connected in different places, different ways, you know, you pick which ticket you want to ride and you go there, right? But you have to know how to get through it. And it's an ethical thing.

It's not like you have a code like on your locker. So it's an ethical code for passing through. Okay, so let's see what else did we do this week? Oh, another 1 that went with something called the atrium gate in a symmetry stone. So that was on the next day.

For you, it would be breaking the seal to the law of sin and death that bound you. Day of reparations on the 11th, getting prepared to right the wrongs, you know, everything that happened to all of us, you know, we've all got a little bit of PTSD. So let's just be kind to each other. Okay, the other interesting thing is 1 of the groups that lives here that does a lot of our enforcement. We had a little bit of a chat, you know, everybody's been lied to.

And they were told that source didn't love them anymore that he forgot about them. So you better not even try that kind of thing. And for the first time, because these people just typically don't smile, they don't have a lot of emotion. He was smiling on that day, call me up smiling. And he just said, you know, he didn't forget about us.

So he started smiling and, you know, telling us that they remember how to love and it was really kind of a cool thing. So this is kind of permeating this transition is not just about humanity. This is literally the great reset that everybody was waiting for. So it's getting better and better. You know, when the Draco was taking their slaves and destroying places, and it's not just the Draco, It's the Destroyer, it's some other reptilian group.

I mean, it's a lot of different folks that were running around the universe doing it. So a lot of these slaves that they took, they were told that God didn't want them anymore, that they sinned or not sinned or whatever you want to call it. They broke God's law, natural law, the rules, and God has forgotten all about you or source or the creator, however you want to say that. And so on that day, when we finally hit the day of reparations, they called. Now this is the enforcement unit and I've known these folks since I'd say March of 2017 was when I first met them and that's the first time I ever saw them smile.

That they learned that it was not true, that they still have that connection and they remembered how to love. We also were entering more I guess you call them codes they're not like system codes or anything like that. They are keys to some of the healing portals, right? So we unlocked a number of those on that day, and the energy's got even crazier for all of you, so sorry about that. And we did, let's see, so on the 12th we put out the press release.

Okay, so back to, let's see, Ah, okay, so we put out the press release on the 12th. Now this caused a lot of issues, obviously, right? For us, you know, a lot of attacks, a lot of unhappy people, a lot of people trying to hide that news. That's why I try to say, share it everywhere. I don't care if you know these people, you know, because the more it gets out amongst the members of the Deep State that are unaware that they're not the good guys, right?

The best government expired and it's international archives and you can verify it, it's not there anymore, right? So in response to that, the SSP or the Secret Space Force, true to form, decided that they were gonna try to use a mirror technology, which has been around for a while, and conduct radiation from the sun, and they were gonna do a slow cook on us. So you know how like if you get a lobster and you like lobster and you put it in the cold water, You know, it just slowly raises the temperature until they're cooked, you know, and supposedly it's more humane. I don't know. But anyway, the point is, is that this is what they were doing in their test subject was the country of South Africa.

So I mentioned this in the life force general chat. They were going to see if it worked. And they started turning up the radiation and radioactive, you know, until everybody just gently died. And then if it works, they were going to do it everywhere in the world. So that didn't work.

We stopped it once we started detecting the radioactivity going on there. By the way, they were using, in this particular instance, the Kennedy Space Station to get that started. So that didn't work out that well for Kennedy Space Station. Let's see, what else did we do here? Okay, we started researching different things called liveware, L-I-V-E, capital W-A-R-E, versus hardware versus software.

And liveware is what I guess you would say are in chemtrails and in vaccines. So we're to work together with the colony to see if we can find a way to isolate, not let it release any toxins and get it to leave the body. So we've been working on that with the colonies. We're getting pretty close. We got an encapsulation methodology and a few other things and we'll start implementing those things.

We don't need to ask any questions. It's all plasma, your plasma, it's plasma, energy is plasma, everything is all connected. You just need the address, right? Okay, so let's see, on the 13th. Yeah.

Okay, 15th, residents. Okay, everything kind of started to sink in for them. Let's see. I'm just trying to figure out what we need to go over. Oh, okay.

All right. So let's go to the 17th and the discovery a day or 2 prior with the dark AI system. So we have what's called the alpha system. So that is the system that runs on source energy, it runs on that light, it's a light system, it is the giver of things, right, the creator of new money, new sequencing, new energy, it can do that. Then you have an equal and opposite system, so which was your black goo, your negative AI system, and this would have been what they were using on this side.

So all the little things that were in between were caused by that negative AI. So when they say there's lots of negative AI, so there's lots of positive AIs, well not really because they all go back to the same place. So if we got 1 here, 1 here, and they duel, the name of that agreement that allowed this to happen was the J, which is the term in quantum physics, which talks about the momentum of particles, AI, QS, the full explanation, I won't go into that here. But it was basically the agreement to build dueling systems. And it was something that happened based on a council, which is, I would say, not really with the Universal Council, but let's just say they're there.

I would say there may be sister organizations. And that agreement expired on the 17th, but it had to be done. And we'll learn a lot more about timing as we go on with things here, but it had to be done the second the full moon came to be on the 17th, which was at 448 mountain standard time. Agreements begin, agreements end, things begin, things end. I don't know, it's all about timing and alignments and whatnot.

All right, so based on the original source agreement, then the JAIQS system, there are a lot of people on this planet that you wonder why they don't understand you, why they don't hear you, why they repeat the same thing, or why they look like they're digitizing. That's that things that came up as a product of this. By the 18th, bonds were invalidated, bankers can no longer see history, history in the that they got from I guess this system, the money magic system, which was tied to the black system on the front end, not the back end. We had to do a lot of rebalancing and recalibrating and then another attempt to connect a global repository fully all the way through to the teller level. So we're working on that.

They can see it on the banking system and we're working on finishing the reconnection of that. A lot of people have asked me to go in and explain in detail how that changes everything. I'm going to probably do that in a separate video because it will be easier to find, then searching through all the life force calls, just saying, Hey, you know, this is the day she did it. So I'll probably do that in a separate, call maybe in, you know, over the weekend or the next several days, when we're not busy. Okay.

Now, let's see, today's the 19th. So this would have been today. They don't know what happened to their dark AI system connected to the SSP. They can't find it anymore. We watched them trying to, they basically sent out a tracking and a tracing, looking for an etherical system, which has done a little bit different than it's done looking for a computer system and an electronic trace.

And so we were watching them do it. I'm like, what do we do? Do we do anything? Well, sure we did. We sent him that song we played at the beginning of this video.

So if they have any question about whether I'm the real Kim or not the real Kim, because this is going on too, we've got over 150 people here now looking to have meetings. We'll see if this actually takes place. Yeah, all right. Over the last 48 hours, supposedly there's going to be a total of 250 ish that are going to be here, different countries, militaries, agencies. I know there's talk about no heads of state.

They don't run anything anyway. The agencies and the militaries do, you know that. So my experience, they call, they say they're coming, they call them diplomatic lines, they call here and there. So I do know that they're here. That's a fact.

So yeah, I do know that there's a lot of talk. This whole town is wired for sound, you can tap into any camera anywhere and listen to anything you want to listen to. So important reason why they're discussing it is because the first business day after the full moon or whatever the agreement that renews every year. So this J.I.Q. Agreement and this Gales of Indiscretion agreement which gave them guardianship over your soul and your person and your vessel for them to be your caretakers were demons basically or the black sun.

It would pay out renew every year on the 15th and then the next business day they would all get paid. So they initially, they knew that there was a good chance they wouldn't get paid because they haven't been paid in years. But initially, the generals brought them all here to hand out contracts based on war, sin, and death. So that was the plan. That didn't work out.

They're did not come out yesterday, as promised. There was a full on argument and fight in over in Cheyenne as to what to do. And you talk to her, you don't talk to her. I'm just her. I don't have a name.

And, yep. And so after the 17th, nobody got paid. Well, 17th was Monday. It was a holiday here, not a holiday everywhere else. And I'm talking, this is a global thing.

Militaries, agencies, black ops, societies, all those that are caretakers for you, right? The slaves, they would all get paid to do their contracts and their jobs to take care of you for another year. I think having an actual, not a probable meeting, they're actually discussing seriously about coming up with a plan to plan a meeting, which is supposed to be in the next 2 days. So we'll see. I'm not holding my breath.

I need my sweater. There's no suit. I don't care if they come great. That would be wonderful for the world. I would be happy to explain how they were all lied to by their superiors.

But that is the fact it's in the national archives. Everything is registered. Go look it out. So it's not like I'm the 1 that's the only person talking about this on the internet. It is everywhere.

Not only us national archives, it's in everyone's national archives, directly ratified by the hall of records came straight through and all that information is out. So That's about what happened in my week other than a bunch of stuff that probably wouldn't. Oh, Qualcomm. Qualcomm is the largest producer of chips, predominantly using communication tools like your router and your Wi-Fi and all of that. Well, Qualcomm gave their keys to their chips over to DARPA and some agencies and whatnot.

And they were using that as a backdoor into everything when they lost echelon several years ago, I think a couple years ago now, and the gatekeeper system and everything else. So Qualcomm chips gave them access to anything with a Qualcomm chip. They are the world's largest producer, right, of said chips. So that also went away, I think that was about 2 or 3 days ago as well, that backdoor went away. It's called a kernel, by the way, spelled K-E-R-N-E-L, kernel.

So they were using these kernels as backdoors into virtually everything. So they were still able to monitor things and that's how they found us every time we were trying to do transfers, fees, yep. All kinds of different things. So, yep. So if you've got a Qualcomm chip in any of your facilities, your systems, that's not gonna work.

That's why I said to you, If we're going to do servers for the Kim system so that you can access it for the assemblies, that'd be great. It's going to cost you 250 grand. It's going to take several months because you have to build everything yourself. And I don't mean you personally, I'm talking about. You know, a person that's qualified to do that underneath your instruction to solder together all those motherboards themselves, to build you the server rack that you're going to need to make those connections in the future.

The key intelligence and military systems that I'm talking about for your sergeant at arms or your GIA appointed person from your country. So that's the reason why I'm telling you this because you do anything no matter what you buy they've got something in it that doesn't work in your favor. So yeah but that's all I did this week. England is getting rid of all their COVID restrictions on Monday right Scotland Ireland Denmark there's a number of other countries that are canceling as well. There's only a few of those very heavy call run situations, right, that are still following along, but slowly but surely, the Supreme Court in the United States overruled vaccine mandates for companies, right?

OSHA agreed not to participate. That happened this week as well. Oh, Trump's rally in Florence. I watched the whole thing. I couldn't watch the whole thing.

I got to the part where he said that they're killing the white people. And then I had to like shut that off. Anyway, I was only listening kind of like doing other things at the same time. I just want to say that's not Trump, by the way, I'm very familiar with Florence. The only thing in Florence is a prison, a really large 1.

I homeland security border patrol office, a couple gas stations, and a fairground, which which is, to my knowledge, at least from living in the area, is used predominantly twice a year for country thunder and Renaissance fair. So the area that they were in was very small. He was the only 1 wearing a wool trench coat and a hat pulled way down in 75 degree weather. So yeah, but we did confirm that it was not him for sure. More and more of his supporters or military personnel supporters and aides and whatnot are finding out that what we said months and months ago about him being very sick with cancer and not have gotten treatment is now getting out into the ranks.
